Payment information
In order to get your booking confirmed and guaranteed, you need to pay 25 % of the total fee. The rest will be paid at arrival. A deposit of 200 Euro will be paid when receiving the keys at arrival. Of these money, the electricity will be deducted, and the rest will get paid back to you at departure after inspection of the apartment. More information about this will be sent out after confirmation.
If cancellation is done 8 weeks before arrival, the entire down payment will be refunded. If later no refunds will be paid.
A fee of 30€ applies for check-in between 11pm (23.00) - 7am (07.00). The amount will be paid directly to the host.

Price is including bed clothes, towels and final cleaning. Only pay for electricity consumption; average price 20€/week.
